Our Strategic Plan and our 50th Anniversary programme allowed us to re-frame our guiding principles into a focussed Community Engagement programme. This programme – Community & Local Economic Development – has become one of the key pillars of our “Strategy 2021”. Our goal is to create a positive member experience and to have a positive impact on the local community.
